Now we are hiring a new Operations Specialist: Receiving and Inventory Deviation Manager

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • English: B2 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions
  • Spanish B1 to C1 is a plus
  • Excel skills (intermediate level), if you have worked with Google Sheets – even better
  • Previous experience in Bookkeeping, Storekeeping or Operations ideally within a fast-paced supply chain is a must
  • Experience of working with ERPs and Inventory management systems is a big plus
  • Previous experience or knowledge of lean methodology is a plus
  • Love of numbers and mathematics
  • Curiosity to learn new apps
  • Quick learner, being able to multitask and work with various tasks throughout the day
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills, being able to define priorities
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to quickly research, analyze and find a solution to any issue
  • Proactive and driven, with high follow-through, respect for deadlines
  • Background and skills in documenting and analyzing information
  • Result oriented and motivated by seeing the result
  • Readiness for big amount of routine work (to capture the deviations and follow through until the resolution)

Requirements

As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:

  • Purchase process: Tracking orders and updating data sheet and inventory management system, contacting suppliers on orders
  • Working with the logistics & warehouse team collecting information on deviations at receiving process: wrong  product, lost at delivery, not delivered and other deviations 
  • Recording of deviations in inventory management system
  • Managing deviations
  • Working with Amazon platform (and other E-markets): creating and editing product listings, updating information, troubleshooting listings, creating inbound shipments
  • Daily reporting of Operations KPIs, monitoring monthly results with the monthly KPIs
  • Being a key team member in the department and the company to help in growth and expansion projects.
  • Working on your own quarterly projects related to your work, growth and company goals

The job is full time, 40 hours a week. Initially, work hours should be similar to the Head of Operations, for easier communication and training.
