One of our companies is currently looking for an Operations Manager in the United States.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on overseeing global customer engagement operations within a dynamic, fast-growing organization. As Operations Manager, you will develop and implement voice collections strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive financial performance. You’ll lead and mentor a global team, optimize operational processes, and ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of a global customer operations model that integrates service and engagement across channels.
- Define and execute voice collections strategies to improve customer engagement and account resolution rates.
- Manage and scale a global team of Customer Engagement Managers and Representatives in a high-performing, metrics-driven environment.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and incentive programs to track and drive performance at the individual and team level.
- Analyze customer behavior and collections trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Align operational initiatives with customer experience goals and regulatory expectations.
- Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration, learning, and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in operations, ideally within the Financial Services or Technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing high-performing teams and overseeing resource forecasting and budgeting.
- Strong data acumen, with a knack for performance analytics and strategic decision-making.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and drive in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and engaging with executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with a people-first approach.
- Experience in VC- or PE-backed companies and knowledge of database tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
