Operations Lead (Full-time, Remote)

We support cancer patients across Europe and beyond, throughout their journey, with interactive online platforms that help them improve their quality of life based on the latest research & scientific evidence.

In parallel, we work with the industry in order to (a) accelerate cancer research (b) understand patients’ journeys, and (c) build services that empower patients in and out of the hospital.

  • Content management (e.g. content updates)
  • Platforms management (e.g. new service design & deployment)
  • Metrics and reporting (e.g. service performance reviews & improvement plans)
  • Data analytics (e.g. identifying gaps & opportunities)
  • Project management and process improvement (in order to achieve the above in the best way possible).

We are flexible regarding the location and specific hours (you can work pretty much from anywhere, at anytime).

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of work experience in the following:

  • Time & Project planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills, being highly comfortable with data
  • Excellent command of online/offline productivity & collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs, Office suite etc)
  • Excellent communications skills (in English) in a professional setting
  • Familiarisation with web-based technologies

An interest in the digital health and/or cancer domain is not necessary, but can help.
