Operations Developer – Remote

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Operations Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll develop internal software tools that enhance our operational efficiency while collaborating directly with the COO.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain internal software tools using Make.com, Supabase and GristDb
Implement web solutions to support company operations
Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and align on priorities
Report directly to the COO on project status and outcomes
Contribute to continuous improvement of our internal systems

Requirements

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with full-stack web development
Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies
Demonstrable problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Skills

Experience with Supabase or similar database technologies
Knowledge of React, Vue, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
Experience with automation workflow tools like Make.com, N8N, or Zapier
Familiarity with Git version control
Understanding of API design and implementation
