Operations Associate (US based Luxury Travel Company)
Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with preference for PST (Pacific Standard Time) but open to other US time zones.
Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Salary Range: Up to $1,800 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (results-driven, with flexible work hours).

Role Overview:
As an Operations Associate – Luxury Travel Admin Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the logistics and administrative support for luxury travel bookings. You will coordinate directly with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations, while providing high-quality service and ensuring every detail of the client’s itinerary is handled with precision.
Your Impact:
Your efforts will directly contribute to providing exceptional travel experiences for high-net-worth clients, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. By supporting the operations team, you will help maintain its reputation for excellence in luxury travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Assist in creating and managing travel bookings and client itineraries.
- Ensure all travel logistics are meticulously handled, including rate pulling and VIP reconfirmations with suppliers.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and resolving issues efficiently.
3. Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth travel operations.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain client records, travel schedules, and system updates.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong knowledge of travel logistics and administrative processes.
- High proficiency with CRM and travel management platforms (e.g., TravelJoy, AXUS).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in luxury travel or high-net-worth client management.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems.
