Role: Operations Associate (Client Support)
Work Set Up: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary Range: 1,200.00 – 1,500.00 USD (Php 65,000.00 – 85,000.00) per month

About the job:
They are in charge of constructing infrastructure to assist developers at the fastest-growing digital health start-ups in better personalizing products with health data to improve health outcomes. Their APIs handle connecting and maintaining API connections, allowing businesses to access granular health data from wearables and lab testing remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of customer support and designing and improving customer FAQs for the company. (Internal hygiene)
- In charge of Internal tracker and dashboard creation/enhancements
- You will be responding in Slack to customers and creating tickets for Engineers.
- You will be helping with business operations where needed.

Requirements
- Experience: At least a minimum of 2 – 3 years relevant to the role.
- Tools Proficiency: Excellent grasp of Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion and Slack for day-to-day tasks.
- Handling complexity: Proven ability to manage intricate company-wide initiatives or complex projects with numerous components.
- Organization and Strategic Planning: Proficient in developing and carrying out complete plans that incorporate technology and open communication in order to achieve company goals while keeping order in professional and personal spheres.
- Effective Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive Mindset: Anticipate needs and take the initiative to address them before they arise.
