Operations and Automation Specialist

We are hiring an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build-strategy capability. This role bridges strategy and execution: interpreting scopes, identifying the right system structure, and then building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems.

Core Responsibilities

– Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building

– Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools

– Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage

– Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation

– Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies

– Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems

Requirements

– Proven experience implementing systems across tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc.)

– Ability to think through build strategy before execution (structure, logic, tradeoffs)

– Strong documentation and written English skills

– High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset

– Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding

– Google, clickup, crms, n8n / zappier/ make.com

Preferred Skills

– Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)

– Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage

– Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams

Role Type & Expectations

– Part-time (10–20 hours/week) to start
