Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive online research using a variety of sources, including databases, academic journals, and public records.
- Compile and organize research findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations.
- Analyze trends and data to draw meaningful conclusions that will inform project strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to discuss research objectives and refine methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging topics pertinent to the organization and clients.
- Provide regular updates on research progress and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with the development of research tools and frameworks to enhance research processes.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as an Online Research Specialist, Research Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases.
- Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Relevant degree in Research, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a remote working environment and working across different time zones is a plus.
