We’re looking for a dynamic, diligent, and money-motivated Offshore Staffing Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll find companies with talent needs that KAMI can fulfill through our offshore recruitment, employer of record and payroll services. You will not only gain valuable experience by regularly interacting with international companies but you will also be generously rewarded with commissions/incentives for successfully closing on leads!

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 1+ years experience in business development, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use LinkedIn Navigator to find and connect with high-potential leads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email marketing and an eagerness to develop proposal writing abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly and tailor communication to different audiences
  • Ability to adapt quickly to various communication channels.
  • Basic understanding of (or eagerness to quickly learn) software tools commonly used in recruitment and sales, such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and talent management systems.

Soft Skills

  • High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to reaching out to potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the unique advantages of KAMI’s recruitment services to quickly convince leads to take advantage of our superior no-obligations service!
  • Time management skills to effectively manage multiple client relationships and reach out to even more.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new things.
  • Great command of the English language and must sound like a native speaker

Benefits

  • Expected monthly take-home earning of between PHP 50,000 – 100,000
  • Base Salary: 25,000 – 35,000
  • Expected Commissions: 25,000 – 75,000 (15% closed deal value)
  • Full remote position
