The Team
Our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice within Infosys Consulting helps some of the largest global firms solve their biggest challenges and thus becomes a key part of the clients’ transformation journey. T&O provides organizational change management (OCM) and learning/ training expertise. The learning practice helps clients win with innovations in learning to achieve their business goals by focusing on user enablement and adoption.. A core part of this is consulting, design and delivery of learning solutions to clients.
The Role
- Conduct comprehensive learning needs analysis and capability mapping
- Define learning/training strategies aligned to business objectives
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive evaluation of learning approaches and/or tools
- Develop a learning curriculum to best meet the learning needs
- Manage and guide team of Learning Instructional Designers and Content Developers
- Develop and manage a comprehensive training schedule, in line with the programme plan
- Contribute to specific sections of business development proposals and firm building initiatives (e.g. knowledge management and transfer, take on buddy roles for new joiners, participate in recruiting events/job fayres).
Requirements
You..
· Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
· Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
· Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Understanding of the development of a Training Needs Assessment and L&D strategy for global IT systems implementations (SAP S4 HANA, SNOW, ORACLE)
- Experience from design learning curriculum, developing and managing training plans
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Having hands on experience with SAP Enable Now, Camtasia, Vyond and other content creating tools.
- Fluent English (must have)
- Fluent in other foreign languages (Spanish, French, German) is an advantage.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Having good knowledge and hands on experience of current and evolving digital learning tools
- Have hands on experience in developing learning content in preferably more than one of these modes – classroom, microlearning, videos, application simulations, job aids, etc.
- Understand the nuances of a typical learning landscape at large clients, including L&D strategy, LMS, content development, training delivery.
- Experienced of working in collaboration with strategic partners/vendors in delivery of end-to-end learning journey
- Experienced in organizational change management/learning delivery for digital transformation programmes.
- A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure and assume client-facing roles at a client location (different clients may prefer onsite, hybrid or fully remote working styles – you should be comfortable with all three of these)
- Having previous experience is a consulting company
