Location: Hybrid (DC Metro Area) | Remote 
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract 
Clearance: Varies by role (Public Trust, Secret, etc.)

Example Future Role Areas: 

  • Analyst (Data, Business, Budget, Finance, Risk, Quantitative) Support federal and financial programs through research, reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis. 
  • Consultant (Data, Business, Budget, Finance, Risk, Quantitative) Lead or support program delivery across functional areas such as data modeling, business analysis, budgeting, or process evaluation. Work closely with clients to execute project tasks, meet milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes. 
  • Underwriter / Closing Analyst Evaluate loan files, assess risk, and ensure documentation meets federal funding requirements. 
  • Business Process Improvements Assess workflows and develop solutions to increase efficiency and compliance. 
  • Compliance and Due Diligence Analyst Conduct reviews for regulatory alignment, program integrity, and fraud risk. 
  • Project Manager (PMP required, big 4 preferred) Oversee multi-workstream delivery in federal programs. Ensure milestone tracking, resource alignment, and SLA compliance. 

Desired Skills Across Future Roles: 

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills 
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
  • Experience in government consulting, federal programs, or mission-driven work 
  • Willingness to learn and utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or other platforms 
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams 
  • Knowledge of federal policies, compliance standards, or financial systems a plus 
  • Those with federal government experience may receive priority consideration. 
  • Accepting 1099 contractors on a case-by-case basis
