Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Nordic languages for music streaming inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Provide information about platform features, playlists, and subscription options
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and music releases
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for music and understanding of the streaming industry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Positive and proactive attitude, eager to learn and adapt
