In this role, you will assist customers who speak Nordic languages with inquiries related to home appliances, offering support for product usage, troubleshooting, and service inquiries. Your friendly and proactive approach will help ensure customers make the most out of their appliances.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Nordic languages for home appliance inquiries
• Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and service requests
• Educate customers on product features and maintenance procedures
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Interest in home appliances and technology
• Adaptability to learn about new products and services
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, if necessary
