Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) for dating and social networking apps
- Assist users with account management and troubleshooting
- Educate users about app features and safety guidelines
- Document user interactions and feedback accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall user satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends and app updates
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of dating and social networking platforms is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
