In this position, you will assist Nordic-speaking clients with their inquiries related to digital marketing services, helping them navigate solutions that drive their business success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO services.
  • Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with understanding services, managing their accounts, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Document customer inquiries and interactions promptly and accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings to better assist clients and provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO practices, and customer service tools would be an asset.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer relations.
