Our client is a global online marketplace, with a strong presence across Europe. They are dedicated to making it easier for people to buy and sell goods and services online. As they expand our research capabilities, they are seeking a skilled Research Ops PMO Contractor to manage their user recruitment process internally. The project is planned for 6-12 months.
Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Research Operations Contractor who will primarily focus on managing the user recruitment process and maintaining a close relationship with the user community. This role requires strong Research Ops skills, emphasizing efficient handling of the internal recruitment of users for our research team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Polish (native) and English, with Portuguese language skills being a plus.
Key Responsibilities
User Recruitment Management:
- Oversee and manage the entire user recruitment process for research studies.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential research participants.
- Coordinate with various teams to identify and recruit suitable candidates for research projects.
- Utilize Ethnio and other recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process.
Research Operations:
- Support the Research team in organizing and conducting user research activities.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the Research team to understand their needs and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with research participants throughout the recruitment process.
Community Management:
- Develop and foster relationships with research participants to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Create and manage community programs and initiatives to keep participants involved and motivated.
- Act as a mediator between the research team and the user community, addressing any concerns or feedback.
Project Management:
- Track and report on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of user recruitment.
- Manage recruitment schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of research projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Research Operations and Community Management, preferably within a digital marketplace or technology environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish (native) and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Familiarity with user recruitment tools such as Ethnio (is a plus).
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices (is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing user recruitment for research studies.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate insights for process improvement.
