One of our companies is currently looking for a Network Recruiter in Romania, Poland.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Recruiter to help expand a mental health service provider network across Europe. In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard qualified professionals, ensuring seamless alignment between client needs and provider capabilities. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate provider data, managing candidate pipelines, and upholding service delivery standards. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment and mental health, and who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Accountabilities:
- Source, recruit, and onboard mental health professionals across Europe for ad hoc support roles
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and provider databases with up-to-date and accurate information
- Match client cases with the most suitable mental health providers based on individual needs
- Respond to inquiries from providers and internal stakeholders within defined turnaround times
- Review applications and verify documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
- Ensure confidentiality of client and provider information at all times
- Communicate updates and provider information effectively to internal teams
- Actively manage caseloads and prioritize assignments to support timely service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a talent acquisition or network-building role
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing candidate databases and using ATS platforms
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment across distributed teams
- Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments, ideally in healthtech or professional services
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
