  • Clear business perspective on how user acquisition, growth, ASO, and marketing impact product success
  • Able to dissect and impact every stage of the product funnel
  • Solid understanding of attribution and web-to-app funnels
  • Confident with product analytics tools and frameworks
  • Experience working with subscription-based monetization model

Economic Results of the Product

  • Own the economic performance of your product family
  • Define and track key metrics like LTV, CAC, conversion rates, retention, and subscription revenue
  • Focus on continuous growth and profitability, while balancing costs and long-term sustainability

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Lead a cross-functional team (growth, marketing, UA, POs) toward shared goals
  • Align multiple product streams under a single product family vision and strategy
  • Ensure strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate closely with growth and user acquisition teams to drive acquisition and retention

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the mission, vision, and strategic roadmap for your product family
  • Prioritize initiatives by business impact and market opportunity

  • Position your product effectively, adapting its value proposition as the market evolves
  • Understand your product’s vertical and anticipate upcoming changes

Data & Decision-Making

  • Define OKRs and success metrics to measure outcomes
  • Work with analytics teams to extract insights and make informed decisions
  • Drive a data-first culture, with a focus on growth, engagement, and revenue

Lifecycle Management

  • Take ownership of the product’s evolution — from early-stage validation to scaling and optimization, driving it from 1 to 10
  • Identify and prioritize growth and scaling opportunities based on ongoing user insights, market feedback, and performance data

User & Market Research

  • Lead product discovery efforts, applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points

Work closely with design and UX teams to plan and execute research activities that directly inform product direction, usability, and overall user experience
