Position Overview:
As a Medical Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client portfolio by conducting outreach, implementing email marketing campaigns, and closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with medical offices and healthcare services to promote our marketing services and secure new business opportunities.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Utilize email marketing strategies to effectively reach out to medical offices and healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the medical industry.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective medical marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with medical accounts and insurance processes.
- Experience in launching and running successful medical marketing campaigns using various channels.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
