Our Client:
Our client is a consumer products eCommerce business located in the United States, which imports private label manufactured products to the United States and sells them online through Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock.com, and to a select group of broker dealers.
About the role:
We seek an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our presence across online 3P marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role manages product listings, drives revenue growth, and improves customer experience across all marketplace platforms.
Responsabilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplaces, including product listing, pricing, promotions, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize sales, profitability, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive growth and improve brand visibility.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service, and supply chain) to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
- Monitor customer reviews and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
- Implement best practices for SEO and paid media strategies on marketplace platforms.
- Handle marketplace compliance, returns, and customer service escalations.
- Stay current with platform updates, policies, and industry trends.
- Create and manage data feeds to marketplaces from ChannelAdvisor software to ensure accurate product data.
Reporting:
- Produce comprehensive reports on product sales, sessions, page views, sales trends, and seasonality, providing actionable insights and informing future decisions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Amazon Business Reports, including detailed page sales and traffic, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and ad reporting.
Requirements
- Fluent or advanced proficient in English
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in consumer products or retail environments.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with marketplace ad tools such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, etc.
- Experience with ERP and e-commerce tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.

- Salary: $2,000USD -2,500USD Monthly
- USA Holidays Observance (9 days) + 2 weeks of PTO
