Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving the company’s brand presence and market growth. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. By combining data-driven analysis with creative thinking, the Marketing Specialist ensures that campaigns are effective, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on continuous improvement are central to this role, supporting both the company’s visibility and long-term success.

Key Responsabilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels such as social media, email marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and oversee the production of marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and technologies, proactively recommending improvements to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.

Schedule: Variable 10hrs/week (GMT -7-00) Mountain Time (US & Canada) 9 am – 11 am Monday to Friday
