Marketing/Sales Virtual Staff
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in generating and nurturing leads through various channels, supporting inside sales, and managing targeted email marketing campaigns. This role is essential in helping our clients generate leads, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
- Lead Nurturing: Implement strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Inside Sales Support: Assist the inside sales team with lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
- Email Marketing: Manage and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in creating and maintaining a customer database, track sales activities, and prepare sales reports.
- Google Ads: Utilize Google Ads to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Data Scraping: Use data scraping techniques to gather relevant information for market analysis and lead generation.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Interact with clients and potential customers via email, phone, and other communication channels to build relationships and support sales efforts.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a remote team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our clients’ sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, inside sales support, and email marketing.
- Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads and experience with data scraping tools and techniques.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and potential customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with remote teams and contributing to team success.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to prepare and interpret sales reports and data.
