Marketing Operations Specialist
Vasion is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. The ideal candidate has a baseline understanding of all things Salesforce, Marketo, and B2B marketing operations. This person, in collaboration with the marketing team, is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that enable the marketing team to use the full functionality of our ever-growing tech stack.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, LeanData, 6Sense and other upcoming integrations.
- Execute ad, email, and event tracking programs, including driving strategies to increase engagement frequency and velocity.
- Manage and monitor audience segments and make recommendations on areas for optimization and changes to strategy.
- Identify and evaluate data sources required to expand our marketable database in our target segments. Own list import process for Marketo.
- Monitor email KPIs and make recommendations to improve delivery, opens, and engagements. Ensure strong domain and list health and create monthly audits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of Marketo.
- Launch prospect nurture programs, ensure they are working properly, and make recommendations for efficiencies.
- Administer the email sequence creation process for sales inbound campaign support.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, executing marketing campaigns, and working with SaaS products.
- 1+ years of experience with Marketo.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Salesforce, LeanData, 6Sense, Cadences, Domo, and Drift, or an equivalent platform.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification
- Self-starter and able to work fully remote, collaborating with team members globally.
- Experience in business analysis, operations, or B2B.
- Digitally savvy, with exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret information.
- Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
