Marketing Operations Manager (Bilingual Spanish & English)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, case acquisition, and revenue growth. They will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of digital marketing, with a particular emphasis on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, case acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze PPC campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in PPC advertising to ensure maximum effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content, and analytics to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Oversee the management and negotiation of contracts with advertising platforms, agencies, and technology providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with external advertising partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, technology providers, and industry influencers to stay ahead of the curve and leverage new opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance, budget utilization, and campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and success within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in PPC advertising.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Technology Requirements: Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Open to working Pacific Standard time.
