The Client is looking for a Marketing Manager for our international business to support the CEO’s vision of growing the Client’s product across 39 countries and sustainably securing market share in key markets such as EU, North America, and Japan. We want someone senior as this role will be a pivotal role in our organisation, so the calibre and skillset need to be high and with enough depth of experience to operate at a senior role reporting directly into our MD and Head of Sales and exec team.
Market Focus:
- Renewable energies, professional fishing, super yacht, work boat, hydro-graphic.
- Vision; Multibeam Sonar Centre of Excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
- You will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of our company website. This role requires a combination of, creative flair, and strategic thinking to ensure that our website remains a valuable asset that supports our business objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience. Technical expertise is provided via our outsourced Website partner
- Providing quality content writing and designing sharp strategic video content across our website and social will play a pivotal role in developing compelling and engaging content supplemented by utilizing AI-powered tools and platforms. Working closely with our MD, sales, product, and revenue team, you will have experience in leveraging artificial intelligence to create high-quality content for our global business.
- Provide expert counsel, support, advice and challenge the Head of Sales, MD and Leadership team that adds value to management decision making and drives improved performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, campaigns, and initiatives across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Provide strategic marketing support to a team of sales professionals to deliver strong outcomes to business.
- Drive customer and market surveys to support product development and market investment business cases.
We need someone that can lead at an Executive level, very proactive and experienced in the strategic footprint and driving a team to success. It is a quickly evolving environment so we need someone that can review the situation, determine strategy, and execute quickly.
- You need to be able to support and drive a sales team plus also be a real ‘do-er’ yourself.
- We need someone with great confidence, a can-do attitude, someone that can operate with speed in a dynamic market, amazing communication skills, proven depth of experience, the ability to communicate to C Suite and stakeholders and someone with strong leadership experience that can grow and inspire a team to achieve great results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in global marketing executive roles, content writing and designing video campaigns and will have adopted the utilisation of AI technology to enhance and support your work.
- Proven Global Marketing experience within a “fast paced” environment at a global company.
- Ability to adapt your writing skills and tone to suit difference audiences, ensuring cultural relevance. You should be self motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation with a curiosity and eagerness about AI and its applications to marketing and content creation.
