Marketing Executive – Work From Home | Midshift
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, and offline channels.
- Utilise Mailchimp for email marketing, lead generation, and automation flows.
Content Development
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content tailored to pet industry audiences.
- Write and produce content for emails, social media, brochures, advertisements, and paid campaigns.
Website & SEO Support
- Assist in enhancing the company website and quote journey in partnership with UX Designers and developers.
- Contribute to SEO improvement efforts through on-page updates and optimization.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and engage with community followers.
- Assist in the creation and execution of paid social campaigns with the Marketing Manager.
Reporting & Insights
- Track and report campaign performance, automation flow results, and web traffic metrics.
- Analyse lead generation and conversion data to deliver actionable marketing insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure brand and regulatory consistency.
- Brief internal graphic design teams to ensure timely and on-brand creative delivery.
External Advertising
- Research, manage, and build relationships with digital and print advertising partners (e.g., magazines).
- Coordinate ad bookings, content submissions, and deadlines.
Event Support
- Support event planning logistics including merchandise, promotional materials, and booth branding.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful event delivery and brand presence.
- Other role specific duties as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Proficient in Mailchimp with experience in email campaign creation, automations, and list management.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with attention to tone and audience.
- Experience with WordPress, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote or hybrid team environment.
- Interest in pets, animals, or the veterinary sector is highly regarded.
