This role requires a unique blend of marketing, content creation, technical support, and partnership management skills. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling content, leveraging AI support tools, conducting research, and establishing partnerships. Additionally, the candidate will provide empathetic and effective customer support, with the ability to resolve technical issues on the front-end. Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and informative content for our blog, website, and marketing materials.
- Utilize content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Leverage AI support tools to enhance customer support efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with other partnership professionals to establish and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations and apps.
- Utilize WordPress and SEO tools to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and attract organic traffic.
- Provide empathetic and efficient customer support via various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve technical issues on the front-end, utilizing basic HTML/CSS/JS skills, and escalate complex issues to developers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, and partnership management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset with previous experience in customer support preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with WordPress and SEO tools preferred.

- Experience with AI support tools or customer support platforms.
- Previous experience in front-end development.
