Position Description

Rockpoint is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to deliver outstanding website/SEO support, managing content, oversee email marketing campaigns, create spectacular virtual and onsite event experiences, managing expense reports, overseeing our companies reviews, managing swag and social media; the all around marketing experience. Reporting to the head of marketing, this role will be meaningful in ensuring that our marketing strategies are of the highest quality and value to our customers and prospects to help fuel the top of the sales funnel. The ideal person for this position will have experience owning all program aspects and be regarded as an expert by key partners. This individual will work to deliver continued improvements within the channel and drive ongoing critical initiatives to improve performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Website / SEO Support
    • Write and edit website pages & blog posts
    • Create internal links between website pages
    • Upload website content through WordPress
    • Help with other SEO tasks as needed
  • Content
    • Create and update content for ads, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations and other promotional materials
    • Use Canva to design banners, business cards, one-pagers, presentations and other materials
    • Oversee freelance designer’s work as needed
    • Create medical providers one-pagers
    • Update the medical providers list every quarter
  • Email Marketing
    • Send emails through Hubspot when needed
    • Oversee the email marketing strategy when needed
  • Events
    • Work with associations to keep business partnerships, sponsorship agreements and subscriptions up to date
    • Keep track of industry-related events and figure out if we want to attend, sponsor or exhibit at the event
    • Work on the event logistics
    • Organize and promote Rockpoint webinars 
  • Expense Report
    • Keep track of all marketing-related expenses, update the monthly report and gather invoices
  • Reviews
    • Answer Birdeye, Google, Facebook and Yelp reviews
    • Upload relevant testimonials to the website
  • Social Media
    • Create monthly content calendar and social media presentation
    • Schedule all Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts
    • Create Instagram stories every time we get relevant content
  • Swag
    • Keep track of swag needs and look for suppliers
    • Customize, order and keep track of swag deliveries

Qualifications

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant career experience 5 years experience in strategy and execution; experience within the legal industry strongly preferred 
  • Expertise in writing and edit website pages & blog posts, create internal links between website pages, upload website content through WordPress.
  • Deep understanding of SEO strategies and SOP’s
  • Demonstrated experience in content writing is required
  • Prior experience with managing email marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing in-person/live events preferred 
  • Managing departmental expense reports 
  • Prior experience managing and answering company reviews via Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Birdeye
  • Proficiency in social media management
  • Prior experience in managing orders and sourcing vendors to ensure the best prices for quality products.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Zoom preferred 
  • Familiarity with video and audio editing platforms and equipment a plus 
  • Data-driven decision-making and results orientation 
  • Strategic problem solver, with a creative brain and a problem-solving mentality 
  • Get-it-done mentality, comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to figure out solutions with little direction 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Standout colleague, well organized, hands-on demeanor, passion for driving results 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a command of proofreading
  • Exceptional English communication (C1, C2, C3 preferred)

Compensation

$800.00 – $1,000.00 USD / Pay Period DOE (paid on a regular bi-weekly salary)
