Marketing and Business Analyst (poslovni analitik)

GoOpti is one of Europe’s leading dynamic shuttle platforms, enabling on-demand shared and private door-to-door transportation in six countries. We are now embarking on a major business transformation project, and are searching for an exceptional business analyst to join our team.

In this critical role, you will use your research and analytical capabilities to build business cases and help the board of directors and C-level management make their most important decisions. Reporting to the co-founders, you will provide competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, assess potential partnerships and new markets, define KPIs and prepare presentations for internal and external audiences.


  • Preparation of competitor comparison, new market, product and partner analysis
  • Understanding and analysing marketing channels and co-creating marketing strategies
  • Ongoing review and improvement of price optimisation strategies
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Participate in business model design and execute qualitative / quantitative analysis
  • Ability to utilise business intelligence (BI) and data management tools
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving outstanding presentations
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in English
