- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build connections and promote agency services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the marketing or advertising sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand clients’ needs and craft tailored marketing solutions.
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
