Requirements

This role is to help HustleFish grow into a new region. The person in this role must:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and web development.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Have experience building a strong local network and using that network to develop new sales opportunities
  • Have a self-starter mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Love marketing and enjoy helping other businesses through marketing
  • Hit goals, including total revenue projections and other KPIs.
  • Be a clear, direct communicator with the internal team, and clients alike.
  • Be coachable. Willing to learn, always pushing to grow.
  • Experience in selling marketing services is helpful but not required.
  • Be absolutely committed to caring for people over profit – this includes how we treat team members, clients, vendors, etc.
