Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Specialist for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

The Enterprise Research Team is an internal provider of the voice of customers, consumers, and agents. We field many tracking and ad hoc/custom studies to measure NPS, satisfaction, concept test, optimize experiences, and create segmentation, among other tasks. Responsible for supporting end-to-end consumer research initiatives that align with enterprise and marketing’s strategic needs, including day-to-day project support, developing and synthesizing actionable insights from primary and secondary research, and communicating these insights to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage end-to-end research projects for the Enterprise Research Team, including survey programming, data collection, field management, and presentation development. You will support day-to-day market research operations, such as managing dashboard access, maintaining survey distribution lists, and updating reporting dashboards. You will program questionnaires and conduct analyses using Qualtrics and other survey tools. Additionally, you will develop monthly reporting scorecards under the guidance of subject matter experts (SMEs) and assist qualitative researchers with focus groups and in-depth interviews by scheduling participants, coordinating discussion guides, collecting stimuli, taking notes, and summarizing findings. You will also support reporting and summarizing findings for User Experience testing and research. Collaborating with the Enterprise Research Team and other internal partners to complete projects will be essential.

Requirements
