Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, ideally within the real estate sector, and a keen eye for design that aligns with our luxury brand. This role focuses on crafting sophisticated marketing materials, including social media content, website updates, email campaigns, direct mail, and one-pagers that reflect our brand’s premium style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate visually stunning social media content, including reels and videos, that reflects our brand’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring it remains elegant and user-friendly.
  • Design and execute email campaigns that convey our brand’s commitment to excellence.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, creating polished and impactful materials.
  • Create marketing materials, including one-pagers, that are consistent with our brand’s high-end image.
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring a cohesive and elevated presence across all platforms.

Requirements

    • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a real estate background.
    • Expertise in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
    • Proficiency in creating and editing reels and videos that align with our luxury brand.
    • Strong understanding of social media management, with the ability to grow and engage our online community.
    • A strong sense of design and branding, with an ability to create content that aligns with our luxury identity.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Additional Requirements:

    • Committed to a 20-hour workweek.
    • Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday.
    • Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
    • Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 
    • 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
    • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS).
