Local SEO Management:

  • Implement Local SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for our clients.
  • Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings.
  • Perform keyword research and manage local citations.
  • Track and report on SEO performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Local SEO trends and best practices.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Resolve client issues and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is implemented effectively.
  • Handle online reputation management and respond to customer reviews.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in SEO, Management, Sales & Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience

er Service Representative & Local SEO Management

– In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Customer Service & Local SEO Management

– With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

– Knowledge about Google My Business (GMB), keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)

– Familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus

– Excellent customer support via email, chat and phone, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly

– Strong persuasive and results-driven mindset

– Ability to resolve client issues and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

– Handle online reputation management and respond to customer reviews

– Attentive to detail and excellent organizational skill

– Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team

– Capable to exercise utmost discretion, diplomacy, and tact with patient and staff interactions

– Commitment to provide high-quality customer service and patient care
