The Link Building / Outreach Specialist will grow Prop Firm Match Global FZCO’s organic authority and search visibility by acquiring high-quality backlinks and strategic partnerships. Your role is to connect with relevant websites, blogs, influencers, and communities in the trading, fintech, and finance spaces — and turn those connections into real SEO impact.

Requirements

1. Launch and manage link-building campaigns (within 30 days)

▸ Develop outreach campaigns targeting relevant domains with strong authority and contextual fit

▸ Craft and test email templates for guest posting, broken link building, and content promotion

▸ Establish a consistent weekly outreach workflow (minimum 100 targeted emails/month)

2. Acquire high-quality backlinks (ongoing)

▸ Secure a minimum of 10–15 high-quality, do-follow backlinks per month from relevant, non-spammy domains

▸ Monitor backlink profile health and ensure compliance with Google’s link-building best practices

▸ Track new links and attribute them to specific outreach campaigns or content assets

3. Collaborate with content and product teams (ongoing)

▸ Identify link-worthy content (e.g., tools, firm pages, comparison articles) and propose content ideas with backlink potential

▸ Share performance feedback with content creators and suggest improvements for outreach readiness

▸ Coordinate link placement for new pages or campaigns across the platform

4. Report on outreach impact (by end of quarter 1)

▸ Build and maintain a simple dashboard tracking link acquisition, domain authority, and referral traffic

▸ Present monthly progress reports and link quality audits to SEO leadership

▸ Recommend optimizations to improve outreach success rate and content alignment

▸ 2–4 years of experience in SEO outreach, link building, or digital PR

▸ Proven success acquiring high-quality backlinks in content-driven SEO strategies

▸ Excellent written English and ability to write clear, value-driven outreach emails

▸ Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, or manual tracking systems

▸ Highly organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail and persistence

▸ Collaborative mindset, with a desire to work closely with content and SEO teammates

▸ Understanding of prop trading or fintech is a plus

▸ First campaign launched within 30 days and outreach system in place

▸ At least 10 high-authority backlinks acquired per month by month 2

▸ Increased domain authority and referral traffic from top 5 targeted sites by end of quarter 1

▸ Internal stakeholders report improved visibility and coordination around link-building opportunities

▸ Link profile audited and cleaned regularly, with zero spam flags

▸ Consistent documentation of outreach progress, templates, and partner responses

  4. Interview with Management: A strategic discussion with the leadership team focused on alignment, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  5. Offer Stage: If successful, we’ll start with an informal offer conversation, followed by a formal written offer.
