Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Lead the strategic use of CRM solutions and lifecycle marketing automation to win new business and cultivate loyalty amongst our small/medium customer base. In this role, you will seamlessly connect with diverse customer personas through data-driven strategies, nurturing meaningful engagement and catalyzing growth. Your mission is to design and execute our lifecycle automation program based on market insights to reach unparalleled efficiency, personalization, and impact across our SME channel.
In this role, you will get to:
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of lifecycle marketing automation across all business units and product offerings for SME channel customers
- Define lifecycle stages for each product line by measurable criteria and used within HubSpot (the CRM)
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect data
- Develop and enhance all aspects of the lifecycle automation cycle from lead scoring to advanced automation sequences
- Establish a data-driven marketing culture by leveraging insights to inform demand gen strategies, campaign tactics, and engagement next steps
- Measure and track baseline customer acquisition cost for each product line and BU and set target to reduce cost to serve for this segment
- Maximize the positive impact of campaigns and lifecycle automation and flag data clean-up opportunities
- Develop metric to measure LCA effectiveness (ROI) and influence of marketing efforts
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with business unit marketing leaders to align marketing operations infrastructure (data, systems, processes) with marketing strategies to support specific unit goals
- Maintain industry-leading email health
- Promote 80%+ account enrollment in lifecycle automation for current customers and ensure that all eligible customers enter lifecycle automation when intended

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with lifecycle marketing and email marketing automation tools/platforms
- Proficiency using data analytics tools (excel, Tableau, dashboards) to enable the effective tracking and measurement practices to evaluate ROI on marketing
- Strong mastery of working with HubSpot (or similar) CRM and marketing automation tools to lead best practices across the organization
- Create structure and optimize processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities
- Strong written communication and ability to create engaging content
- Ability to design and execute A/B user testing based on segmentation and personalization
- Project management skills and ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Strong “ecosystem” thinker, with the ability to manage complex x-BU persona and district dynamics with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year
