About the Role

As a crucial member of the Operations team, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic execution of driver acquisition and driver lifecycle marketing initiatives across all destinations, including those in their initial launch phases. The Driver Marketeer takes on the responsibility of addressing several vital questions and being accountable for the outcomes within their respective segments. These inquiries encompass the methods to bring in the necessary influx of driver leads in every destination, the timing and content of communications aimed at both potential and active drivers, and the selection of the most effective materials for driver training, all with the overarching goal of enhancing destination Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Responsibilities

  • Driver Growth Strategy:
    • Formulates the driver growth strategy across all channels, both offline and online.
    • Innovates and executes data-driven ideas for driver acquisition and retention.
    • Manages and optimises the driver acquisition budget.
  • CRM automations:
    • Segments driver base to create
    • Designs and executes driver CRM campaigns for both leads and active drivers.
    • Creates and maintains driver training content, including recruiting scripts, onboarding lessons, quizzes, retraining activities, and videos.
    • Uses MailChimp to design and track driver CRM campaigns.
  • Marketing Campaigns and Referral Programs:
    • Designs and develops tailored marketing campaigns to attract driver leads in all destinations, including launch phases.
    • Collaborates with Destination Leads and the Driver Quality team to design and implement driver referral programs.
  • CRM and Content Management:
    • Designs and executes driver CRM campaigns for both leads and active drivers.
    • Creates and maintains driver training content, including recruiting scripts, onboarding lessons, quizzes, retraining activities, and videos.
    • Uses MailChimp to design and track driver CRM campaigns.
  • Campaign Management and Analysis:
    • Manages driver acquisition campaigns on platforms like Facebook and AdWords.
    • Tracks the results of acquisition campaigns and conducts A/B testing to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborates with Destination Leads and the Driver Quality team on lead generation goals, content effectiveness analysis, and creating new driver training materials.
    • Reports driver marketing results to Destination Leads and the Driver Quality team.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a relevant field. MA will be considered a plus
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in marketing, working on customer lifecycle marketing, and CRM
  • Proven experience in managing vendors
  • Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities quickly and effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Extra languages are more than welcome!
  • An analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinking.
