Leasing Lead Specialist (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: EST (7 AM to 11 AM & 6PM to 10 PM, with flexibility depending on business requirements)

A dynamic and forward-thinking real estate company that owns and manages approximately 7500 apartment homes across diverse cities in Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Missouri, Florida, and Arizona is looking for a Leasing Lead Specialist. In this role, you will become a key player in the leasing operations. Based in the Philippines, this role is pivotal in managing incoming leads, engaging prospects effectively, and facilitating the conversion of inquiries into leases.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming leasing inquiries via email, phone, text, and chat.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects to identify their needs and housing preferences.
- Match prospects with suitable apartment options, offering alternatives as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate both virtual and onsite property tours.
- Ensure properties are prepared and presentable for scheduled tours.
- Achieve monthly targets for converting leads to appointments.
- Utilize Funnel software to track and manage lead interactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to secure appointments and facilitate leasing applications.
- Collaborate with prospects to ensure smooth application and leasing transactions.
Goals:
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments at the property to facilitate a quality leasing experience.
- Achieve key performance indicators for lead management.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to enhance the leasing experience.
