This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from wherever you are located!

What you will be doing:

As a Learning & Development Specialist at CXG, you will play a pivotal role in creating, implementing, and managing our learning and development initiatives globally. This multifaceted role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape the development of our employees and our organization as a whole.

You will be reporting to the CPO of our Group based in Dubai and join a dynamic and fast-paced environment while collaborating with an international HR team based in the UAE, France, China, and Lebanon.

To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working independently, transitioning between L&D execution and strategic L&D projects, and have a genuine passion for supporting people’s growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Development: Assess our people and organizational development needs, creating and executing comprehensive learning plan, strategies and programs that align with CXG’s strategic objectives and individual career paths.
  • Learning Management System: Assist in the management of our LMS and integrate various L&D initiatives into it.
  • E-learning module creation: Design and deliver engaging e-learning courses using our learning content management platform.
  • Onboarding: Support the CPO in developing our onboarding program to provide new employees with a seamless and informative introduction to our organization.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute new initiatives related to our people’s L&D, such as creating an internal training offer, identifying external training partners, and developing career paths.
  • Training administration: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Training assessment and feedback: Conduct post-training assessments and surveys to ensure effective delivery and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Internal L&D Initiatives: Take the lead in promoting our internal L&D initiatives, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among employees. Check for trending courses in the market that reflects our industry and ensure its feasibility internally


What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Competence in using Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for enhancing the skills and knowledge of others.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and be proactive, open-minded, and flexible towards problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment.
