MOTI believes in rebuilding the social web with web3 technologies, where users’ ownership of their identity and data, as well as their self-sovereignty and privacy are respected, moving away from the business models of the current social media landscape where users and their data are sold as products.

In March 2023, MOTI launched its first dApp – MOTI.BIO, powered by the MOTI DID Protool, where users can monetise their identity and social capital through advertising, referral and affiliate marketing, all through aggregating their existing web2 socials data, wallets and KYC details under one single roof.

MOTI.BIO is rapidly adopted by users around south east asia, and gained over 8000+ users in the first two months, providing a demonstrable use case of monetisation for end users through the usage of a DID protocol.

MOTI is seeking a Lead Generator & Outreach Specialist to play a key role in driving user acquisition and expanding our user base. This position is responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential partners, influencers, and market segments, nurturing leads, and converting them into MOTI.BIO users. You will help us grow our community and drive the adoption of our decentralized identity platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential partners, influencers, and market segments for outreach.
• Develop and execute an outreach strategy to engage with partners and drive user acquisition.
• Nurture leads and build relationships with potential users, guiding them through onboarding and adoption.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach efforts with overall company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and target potential partners and market segments.
• Experience using outreach tools and CRM software.
