Requirements

– 1 to 2 years of relevant remote work experience in SALES & LEAD GENERATION

– Must have experience in Outbound Calling from property data to generate warm leads for surveying and project management services. B2B services

– In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology particularly in Sales, Lead Generation

– With deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).

– Proactive and tenacious: Can actively engage and connect with leads based on client’s requirements

– Ability to do List Building / Direct Email / Linked Outreach / Managing CRM & Calendar

– Excellent administrative work: database management, document storage and organization, competitor and industry research, creating and updating reports.

– Outstanding English communication skills (Written & Verbal); Capable to communicate directly dealing with US clients & other clients in other parts of the world

– Can manage to do Dripify (Sales drip email campaigns / Linkedin Sales Navigator-List Building / Hubspot-CRM / Gmail

– Experience in professional services towards client: Scrape a list of potential clients / Send people highly personalized messages and build relationship / Give prospective clients free value-lead magnets / Pre-qualify prospective clients and set up a sales call

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

– Highly keen to learn technical industry terms and service lines

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

– Ability to work under pressure.

– Flexible and can work any hour of the day.

– With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup.
