Lead Consultant
Your main responsibility will be to manage and consult with key client accounts during their time with MarCloud. You will have a portfolio of clients, including both retainer and fixed-scope projects. In both cases, providing value and ensuring client success through your technical and strategic guidance should be the main goals.
Requirements
- Client Management and Consultation: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively understand client requirements, delivering strategic advisory engagements, with a focus on developing a forward-looking technology vision, strategy and transformation roadmap for clients.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with stakeholders, including updating Senior Lead on the projects health statuses.
- Project Leadership: Lead the team of Delivery Consultants to deliver MarCloud’s services to the highest possible standards and be the final sign-off point for client strategic recommendation, scoping documents and delivery.
- Team Management: Efficiently oversee and support the team of Delivery Consultants through proactive engagement, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings, feeding back to Senior Lead to ensure optimal performance of the team.
- Business Growth: Work with the Senior Lead Consultant to support business growth by influencing renewal rates, introducing additional service lines by creating new opportunities in MarCloud CRM for sales to follow up on and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Demo and Prototyping: Help sales by providing clients with tangible understanding of how the solution will meet their requirement.
- Project sign-off: Support the commercial team and act as part of the sign off process of SOW for any technical proposal allowing opportunity stage to progress.
- Analytics & Reporting: Ability to create reports for clients on campaign effectiveness against targets and ROI, using Account Engagement, Salesforce and Google Analytics insights.

- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and finding solutions to complex problems for our clients
- Excellent communication skills, able to deliver engaging presentations and describe solutions in detail
- Must demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and specialise in either MCAE, Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud (or a combination of)
Measurables include:
- 75% renewal rate on any projects led by the lead consultant.
- Maintain a 80% utilisation rate at your team (pod) level.
- Maintain availability to provide timely support to the commercial team on scoping tasks whenever opportunities emerge
- Successfully introduce at least one cross-selling opportunity per quarter to clients by actively facilitating communication between the client and commercial team.
- Attain an average CSAT score of 4.5 or higher for projects under your leadership.
- Mentor at least one delivery consultant in up skilling on Salesforce and marketing automation strategies & implementation.
