Position Description:

We are looking for a smart, outgoing and resourceful individual to be our next Client Manager for our clients in law firms. This role presents a unique opportunity for the right professional, who will be the liaison between Rockpoint, surgical facilities, hospitals, doctors, and law offices. The ideal candidate will facilitate a variety of requests related to Rockpoint’s products and service offerings and actively discuss ways to add value to our clients, while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients who are personal injury attorneys and legal case managers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain case information and process requests directly with personal injury case managers and/or attorneys.
  • Coordinating with various medical providers to obtain medical information, including obtaining all necessary documents, advising approvals or denials to relevant stakeholders, and following up on procedures and surgeries.
  • Actively cross-selling products and services to clients by seeking opportunities to maximize cases.
  • Coordinating with various departments within a law firm to obtain case information and walk our clients through the entire funding process.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails from law firms, surgical facilities, hospitals, and doctors regarding funding processes, surgeries, and other procedures.
  • Preparing files to submit to the underwriting team for review.
  • Assisting in preparing and coordinating the execution of various contracts needed for funding.
  • Providing law firm case managers with regular updates on cases and coordinating with other departments to streamline requests.
  • Monitoring all active and pending applications, ensuring applications are moving continuously.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate notes on applications.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • The Law Firm Manager will be required to work standard working hours Monday through Friday and be adaptable to the needs of the business. Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Paralegal or Case Manager experience, preferably in the personal injury space.
  • Must be detail-oriented, very organized, and possess a strong multitasking ability.
  • Must be an energetic and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization.
  • Should have high emotional intelligence, charisma, interpersonal skills, and the ability to read between the lines and ask the right questions.
  • The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the job’s essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). High level of comfort and confidence on the phone and the ability to communicate effectively through email.
  • You must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • You must have a high-speed internet connection at your home (80 Mbps)
  • Up-to-date laptop with at least 8GB RAM
  • You must have a working computer system. Two computer monitors are a plus!

Compensation:

$10.00 – $12.50 USD / Hour DOE
