LatAm: Sales Development Representative


Position: Sales Development Representative

Working Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday

Holidays: To be discussed
Salary: 1000 – 1500 USD

Benefits: 10 days of PTO, 4 paid sick days, 15 vacations days, and a performance bonus (based on exceeding the quota of meetings set)

  • Input all contact information and relevant details into our CRM system, prioritizing accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of opportunities by actively engaging with potential sponsors through email outreach, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule and facilitate calls with sponsors, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Continuously assess and update prospecting strategies to optimize outreach efforts and maximize lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on pipeline activity and progress to the sales team and management.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including proficiency in data input and management.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential sponsors.
  • Familiarity with Notion is advantageous, although not mandatory.
