About you:
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns, and play a key role in onboarding new end-users and agency partners. You’ll ensure optimal performance of ads and provide insightful guidance to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, aligning with client objectives and strategic goals.
- Onboard and train new end-users and agency partners on the proprietary DSP platform and deploy ads (PPC, Display, CTV), ensuring they are equipped to maximize its capabilities.
- Conduct quality audits, fine-tuning, and modifications of ad campaigns based on performance data and user feedback.
- Traffic digital ad formats, monitor and optimize campaigns, and troubleshoot data issues.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, offering campaign improvement suggestions.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years in digital advertising or ad operations.
- Experience and understanding with ad serving platforms (Google, Linkedin, and FB) and DSPs.
- Analytical skills with data analysis tool proficiency.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
