Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role will focus on managing and nurturing relationships with our B2B clients in the executive education and professional training industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B services and a proven track record of success in account management. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients in the executive education and professional training industry. 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing client value. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for clients. 
  • Conduct research and gather data to support account management activities. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. 

  

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • University degree.

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in service and corporate sales (ideally in training/education organizations).
  • Ideally, experience in a multicultural/international working environment.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for exceeding client expectations. 
  • Spanish Native-level 
  • English, intermediate level
