Key Account Manager – Germany (m,w,d)

As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with our clients, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and anticipating their needs. Your primary function is to grow the account. By establishing trust and rapport, you will become their primary contact for everything related to our services.
Leveraging your expertise in Digital, Marketing and Sales, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide strategic recommendations based (in proposal format with quotes) on our comprehensive range of service offerings, such as HubSpot CRM solutions, website experience and design, and marketing, sales, and creative services. You will need to be able to direct delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
As this role will be supporting our German-speaking clients, we require someone who is fluent in speaking and writing German.
This is a full-time and remote role where we would like you to join us in the Munich office once or twice a quarter for team socials or meetings with clients. No worries about expenses – we’ve got you covered!
Here are a few of the tasks you’ll get to work on:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with Huble’s key clients.
- Understand each client’s business and their pain points in order to effectively help them succeed.
- Create and maintain organizational charts that identify key relationships and teams within the client’s organization.
- Report on client health and conduct regular performance check-ins.
- Manage the renewal process and negotiate contract agreements.
- Nurture and grow client accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
️ To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Mid-Senior years of experience in leading a marketing or digital consulting team.
- Have experience in a Consultancy or Agency with a strong focus on strategic marketing.
- Solid understanding of CRM and Marketing Technology.
- Excellent command of German and English.

You will have the incredible opportunity to collaborate closely with the joint MDs, Anthony O’Connor and Amy Dwyer. You’ll also receive exceptional support from the Head of Sales, Philipp Zuschlag.
