Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team, specializing in onboarding processes and providing crucial administrative support. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruitment Specialist to streamline onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Responsibilities:

Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist to create and manage onboarding kits for new hires.
  • Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and coordinating with the Job Coordinator (JC) for availability.
  • Generate and manage talent agreements for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding presentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding paperwork.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Manage emails efficiently, responding promptly and organizing communication.
  • Support the Recruitment Specialist in scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and handling candidate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Sourcing Support:

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist on candidate sourcing activities, including posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
  • Participate in pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in maintaining candidate databases and records in relevant systems.

Learning and Development:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in onboarding and recruitment.
  • Actively engage in training sessions to enhance administrative and recruitment skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
