One of our companies is currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst in Poland.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support ongoing data initiatives by maintaining and enhancing existing analytics reports and dashboards. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll play a key role in analyzing site functionality and recommending improvements. You’ll use your skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools to extract and interpret data, optimize reporting processes, and visualize meaningful insights. This is a great opportunity for an analytical mind at the beginning of their data career, eager to grow in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and develop analytics reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze website functionality
  • Build data aggregation tables to support reporting needs
  • Optimize dashboard performance and load times
  • Communicate findings and ideas for improvements clearly across teams
  • Visualize data insights to support business decisions

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a data or web analyst
  • Basic knowledge of Tableau and/or other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense)
  • Practical experience with SQL (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
  • Understanding of probability theory and statistics
  • English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
