In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking clients facing vehicle emergencies. Your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach will be essential in providing timely assistance and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing roadside assistance requests for Italian-speaking clients across Greece.
- Evaluate incoming service requests and coordinate the dispatch of assistance as needed.
- Keep clients informed and reassured during their emergencies with clear and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with local service providers to ensure effective assistance delivery.
- Document service requests and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Engage in training and skill development to enhance service quality and personal growth.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece – remote work only within Greece
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
